Please ensure you are generally well and healthy before you attend a face to face appointment. 

 

Prior to entering our clinics, staff and clients must:

• be generally well and healthy; and

• hand sanitize.

Mask wearing is now optional in all areas but remains a recommended general precaution for clients who are more susecptible to infection or simply feel more comfortable.  If you ask us, we will wear a mask too.

Our clinics:

• have masks and hand sanitiser available

• have dedicated entrances

• have dedicated bathroom facilities

• are cleaned regularly throughout the day by our own staff (incl. common touch points)

• therapy resources are cleaned after each use

• social distancing is practised.

External contractors are limited to trusted providers with appropriate policies in place.
